$7.25-Standard Shipping. Local Pick-Up is available.

Always make sure that you confirm your mailing address when placing an order. We are
not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. We will not refund or reship your
order due to an address error. No cancellations can be made to any order after 24 hours All
items will ship 7-10 business days after the order is confirmed, not necessarily from the
date that the order is placed. After payment is authorized and verified it may still take 1-2
business days to process the order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders
require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Custom
orders and Beauty may take longer if, for any reason there is a shipping delay beyond our
control we will contact you immediately. When your order has been shipped you will
receive an email with tracking information.

Return Policy


We Want You to Love what you have ordered, But if for some reason you don't, we will gladly
exchange your new and unworn item(s). At this time we will NOT process any orders for refunds.
Please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy please let us
knows within 3 business days. Only qualifying merchandise can be accepted for an exchange.
You must email us at or call us at (813) 995-8062 for authorization
before you send anything back. If you ordered clothing/intimate apparel/lingerie and are

unhappy with the size/design,  you can exchange it for another size provided

the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. Not valid after 30 days.

You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur

no additional shipping charges. All sales final on Kalon Beauty Products and Sale/Clearance merchandise
